Destinations: Contiguous 48 states only.

Carriers:

• Mattresses: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

• Tatami beds/lifting tables: LTL freight.

Costs & Delivery Times:

• Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

• Mattresses: 5‑10 days; furniture: 7‑20 days (estimates, not guarantees).

Freight Delivery (furniture):

• Carrier schedules 4‑hour window.

• Standard: curbside or threshold (no inside delivery).

• Inspect before signing – note damage on receipt.

White Glove Delivery: Available for furniture (additional fee). Room of choice, unpacking.

Damage Claims:

• Visible: note on receipt and contact us immediately.

• Concealed: contact within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

Order Changes: Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Cannot cancel after shipping.
