1. How long does shipping take?

  • Tatami beds / lifting tables: Processing 3‑7 business days; delivery 7‑20 business days (LTL freight).

  • Mattresses: Processing 1‑3 days; delivery 5‑10 days.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout. Tatami beds have separate freight charges. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do items require assembly?

  • Tatami beds / lifting tables: Yes (instructions included).

  • Mattresses: No.

4. Tatami bed safety standards?

  • If it has storage drawers and is ≥27″ tall: complies with 16 CFR Part 1261 (anti‑tip device, warning label).

  • Composite wood meets CARB ATCM Phase 2 formaldehyde limits.

5. Lifting table safety standards?

  • Electric models: UL 962 certified.

  • With electronics/wireless: FCC Part 15 (FCC ID for wireless models).

6. Mattress safety standards?

  • Must comply with 16 CFR Part 1632 (cigarette ignition) and 16 CFR Part 1633 (open flame).

  • Permanent law label attached (do not remove).

  • Children’s mattresses: CPC certificate, CPSIA lead/phthalate limits.

7. How to install the anti‑tip device?
Tatami beds with drawers MUST be anchored to the wall using the provided device – otherwise tip‑over risk.

8. Can I remove the mattress law label?
No. Removing or defacing the law label is a federal offense.

9. California Proposition 65 warning?
Some products may contain chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm. Warning appears on product pages/packaging where required.

10. Payment methods?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing (Affirm/Klarna).
