Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.

Conditions:

  • Tatami beds / lifting tables: new, unused, unassembled, original packaging, all parts included.

  • Mattresses: unopened, unused (hygiene reasons).

Non‑returnable:

  • Assembled/used tatami beds or lifting tables.

  • Opened or used mattresses.

  • Final sale / clearance items.

  • Missing/damaged packaging, or damage caused by customer.

Process:

  1. Contact us for an RMA (no RMA = no return).

  2. Pack securely in original packaging.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. Large items (tatami beds) may cost more; use trackable, insured service.

  4. 15‑20% restocking fee may apply to tatami beds.

  5. Refund within 10‑15 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees non‑refundable.

Exchanges: Return original (follow above), then place a new order.

Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Contact within 48 hours with photos.

  • For freight deliveries, inspect and note damage on delivery receipt before signing.
